VEG PIZZA

VEG PIZZA



INGREDIENTS
  • Capsicum chopped-1 medium sized
  • Mozarella cheese grated-200 grams- 1 packet
  • Pizza base-4
  • Pizza sauce (made with 6 tomatoes)
This recipe makes 4 regular pizzas.


METHOD
  • Make all the ingredients ready to be used for the pizza this way.





  • On the pizza base, spread pizza sauce first.
  • Then sprinkle cheese & capsicum on top of cheese.




  • Bake the pizza in an oven at 200 degrees celsius for 10-15 minutes.
  • Keep checking in between so that it is not overcooked.








  • Take the pizza out & serve it hot.

  • You can vary the toppings by adding paneer, olives.

FYI,
you can make pizza base also from scratch (aata or maida) and not sure about India, but most cheese are made from enzymes cultures, in US atleast, these enzymes are made out of animal fat, so we try to use one with microbial enzymes or vegetable rennet.
