MALAI LADDU





INGREDIENTS
  • Condensed milk-1/2 cup
  • Paneer (cottage cheese)-250 grams - 1 cup
  • Kewda essence-2-3 drops
  • Yellow color-a pinch

METHOD
  • Mash paneer.

  • Add the condensed milk & cook on low flame.

  • Cook till it is thick & sides leave.
  • Add the kewda essence & color & remove from flame.
  • Mix well & pour on a plate.

  • Cool it down & make laddus.
  • Use a little milk & apply milk on your hands to make laddus if required.
  • Malai laddu is ready to serve.
